This Privacy Policy applies to the Mintarc mobile application (the "App") operated by Nilarc ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register or sign in, we collect your email address and, if
you use Google Sign-In, your name and profile information provided by Google.
Usage Data
We may collect basic usage data such as which features you use and how
often, to improve the App. This does not include precise location data.
Portfolio Data
Any LEGO sets you add to your portfolio, including purchase prices,
quantities, and condition, are stored securely in our database and associated with your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the App and your portfolio
- Authenticate your account securely
- Sync your data across devices
- Improve the App based on usage patterns
- Respond to support requests
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
- Apple Sign In — sign-in authentication (apple.com/legal/privacy)
- RevenueCat — subscription management (revenuecat.com/privacy)
- Sentry — crash and error reporting (sentry.io/privacy)
- Expo — push notifications (expo.dev/privacy)
- Third-party LEGO data APIs — set data and market pricing
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and portfolio data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days. To request deletion, contact us at support@nilarc.com.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Financial Disclaimer
Mintarc is a portfolio tracking tool for informational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice. LEGO set values are sourced from third-party market data and may not reflect actual market conditions. Always do your own research before making investment decisions.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
9. Your Rights by Region
Singapore — Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
Under Singapore's PDPA, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate
personal data, withdraw consent for collection and use of your data, and request deletion of your data.
European Union / United Kingdom — GDPR
If you are located in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data;
restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format; lodge a complaint
with your local data protection supervisory authority; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the
lawfulness of prior processing.
California, USA — CCPA
California residents have the right to know what personal data we collect and how it is used, request deletion
of your personal data, and opt out of the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data.

The Mintarc app contains affiliate links to third-party retailers, including Amazon. If you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, Mintarc may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.
We only recommend products that are relevant to LEGO collecting and investing. Affiliate commissions help support the ongoing development of the app.
Mintarc is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for apps to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
