These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mintarc mobile application ("App") operated by Nilarc ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial portfolio tracking purposes. You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App
Scrape or systematically extract data from the App
Share your account credentials with others

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must notify us immediately at support@nilarc.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

3. PRO Subscription

Mintarc offers a PRO subscription with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process payments directly.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued. Refunds and billing disputes are governed by the respective platform's terms.

4. Pricing and Market Data

Price data in the App is sourced from third-party market data APIs. This data is provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect real-time or accurate market conditions. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing information.

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. The App is a portfolio tracking tool only. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial adviser if needed.

6. Intellectual Property

The Mintarc name, logo, and all App content are owned by Nilarc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

LEGO set names, images, and trademarks are the property of the LEGO Group. Mintarc is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nilarc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or financial loss.

9. Your Rights by Region

Singapore — Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
Under Singapore's PDPA, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, withdraw consent for collection and use of your data, and request deletion of your data.

European Union / United Kingdom — GDPR
If you are located in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable format; lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

California, USA — CCPA
California residents have the right to know what personal data we collect and how it is used, request deletion of your personal data, and opt out of the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
